Brief Description of the Job:

Our Customer Service Team is the backbone of our business. In this position you will call new prospects that have expressed interest in our services to explain our Rapid Credit Repair Program (RCRP) process. You will encourage the prospect to provide their credit reports and schedule a free consultation and review of their free credit analysis with one of our credit experts. The customer service team also responds to email inquiries and phone calls from existing clients. You will be responsible for becoming familiar with the entire RCRP process as well as local, state, and federal laws regulating consumer credit repair so that you can answer most client questions without the need for additional follow-up. Basic Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service related to the financial or credit industry
  • Excellent verbal skills with the proper use of English grammar
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to multi-task


Basic Requirements:

  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email utilizing SOP
  • Resolve client concerns
  • Schedule free consultations for prospects with credit experts


Customer Service team members are paid a base salary plus bonuses based on sales team performance.

  • Base Hourly Wage, Depending Upon Experience, From ($12.00/hr)
  • Monthly Performance Bonus Based Upon Company Sales From ($2.00/sale)
  • Free participation in our Rapid Credit Repair Program for you and your spouse/domestic partner
